With the team since January 2001, Sam brings the perspective of over 15 years of experience in management to his role as CCO at Peak Performance2.  Sam has a passion for learning and for helping people develop their capabilities.  Prior to joining the team, he had the opportunity to lead several teams that experienced significant growth and helped change the markets they served.  He has developed an understanding of the principles that are required to turn good teams into exceptional ones.  He helps organizations identify strategic opportunities that will make a key difference in outcomes and develop actionable plans to implement them.

Sam is an internationally acclaimed speaker who has addressed audiences all over North America, Europe and Africa.  The theme of his message is always connected with improving team performance as a critical part of achieving goals.  He firmly believes that anything that is successful can be traced to effective teamwork.  He tells stories that illustrate points and he uses simple illustrations to ensure clarity.  One of the enduring themes is the need to have all activities and tactics aligned with the organization’s strategy.  Sam believes that many challenges in organizations can be addressed by systematically improving communication practices and team processes simultaneously.

He is the author of a number of articles on a wide variety of management topics, and has co-developed a series of comprehensive team assessments and development programs.  He is currently retained as a strategic consultant and executive coach by a number of North American enterprises.
