Laurent Duchastel, MBA, DAS
Laurent Duchastel has worked with many successful organizations to help them to improve their performance over the last 25 years. He is an experienced consultant, facilitator, professional coach and university teacher. His sessions are motivating, practical, and tailored to his clients' needs.
Laurent has an extensive working experience in Canada and overseas, and has worked for many ministries, economic development organizations and in the retail sector. He has also done a great deal of work with organizations in the health care sector and he delivers leadership training sessions for the Quebec Medical Association.
As a professional coach, he guides mid-level and top executives with the objective of developing their personal, managerial and leadership skills. His coaching style allows his clients to explore areas where they can build on their strengths to maximize their effectiveness.
Laurent was a full time professor at HEC Montreal and now he teaches there on a regular basis on management and leadership skills. He also facilitates courses on leadership in health care and administration of public health program at the Public Health School of the University of Montreal. Laurent has also been a guest professor in Mexico, Vietnam and Thailand.
He has a bachelor's degree in information systems and a MBA-Research in international business from the University of Quebec at Montreal. He also has a doctoral studies diploma in political sciences from Dauphine University in Paris.
